This unique tutu dress from Bloch has a stunning design featuring a heart cut out to the back and layers of soft tulle to the dress. With built in pants, the bodice is decorated with tulle and square sequins. Please note we find these smaller made, advise going 1 size up. ( eg 8-10 would fit 7-8 or a tall 6).
